About Us

We are appliances flippers. We buy pre-owned / new appliances to resell. Our mission is to have the best prices for you and be 100% transparent with you on our appliance recycling process, we try to price as low as possible to ensure its a good deal for you. All pre-owned or new appliances will be checked to ensure good working condition, serviced if needed and cleaned upon arriving at our warehouse. We will include a 30 day warranty on most of our appliances listed. Please be advised some appliances will be sold without warranty ( this will be on item descriptions ). All listings descriptions will have age of appliance, history of repair made by us, if any. All appliances sold as pre-owned and may exhibit signs of previous use, including cosmetic wear. The condition of each product is described to the best of our ability at the time of sale ( see listing photos ) . If any major damage it will be noted on all listing's description. We are a small business located in Columbus, Ohio. We will ship orders out same/ next day ( business days only ). Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders.

Shipping Policies / Details

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received in full, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. Deliveries are typically scheduled within [3-5] business days. Delivery time frame generally is between 5-10 business days, in some cases it may be longer, you will be able to track your order at https://www.amtrucking.com/tracking.php
Delivery includes curbside drop-off or garage drop off, unless otherwise agreed.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that appliances fit through doorways, hallways, and into the desired space.
Our team does not install or uninstall appliances unless installation service has been purchased separately.
We strongly encourage all customers to inspect the appliance at the time of delivery. If you notice any major operational issues at the time of delivery, notify the driver immediately.
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, [Online Used Appliances LLC / NQHI LLC ] is not liable for any damages that occur after the appliance has been delivered and confirmed in acceptable condition. If third-party shipping is used, all claims must be directed to the shipping carrier.
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the item, a re-delivery fee may be charged. Please ensure someone is present at the scheduled time.
All deliveries shipping cost, install cost are non refundable regardless of reason.
Standard delivery fee out of our 30 mile range from our warehouse is $185, Please note some rural areas or address further from cities may be subject to a higher delivery fee, in the event this happens, we will contact you for additional payment.
Local delivery fee is $60, units will be dropped off in garage or placed near front door outside.

Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of used appliances ("Product(s)") by [NQHI LLC / Used Appliances Online LLC] ("Seller") to the purchaser ("Buyer"). By purchasing a used appliance from us, the Buyer agrees to the following terms.

2. Condition of Appliances
All appliances sold are used and may exhibit signs of previous use, including cosmetic wear. The condition of each product is described to the best of our ability at the time of sale ( see listing photos )

3. Warranty
Unless explicitly stated in writing, all used appliances are sold "as-is" with no express or implied warranties. The Seller is not responsible for any defects or malfunctions that occur after the sale.

Optional:

A limited warranty of [30/60/90] days may be available for certain items. Warranty coverage includes parts and labor for manufacturer-related faults only. Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair voids the warranty.

4. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final.
Returns are accepted only if the appliance is found to be non-functional upon delivery or pick-up, and the issue is reported within [7] days of the purchase date.
Refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of the Seller.
We do not offer refunds or returns for any shipped appliance. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to accept the appliance in as-is condition unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale.
No shipping fees or installation or any fee's related to shipping, installation , packing are non refundable.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is available at an additional charge and includes drop-off only unless otherwise agreed.
Buyer is responsible for ensuring that appliances fit in the intended location and through access points.
The Seller is not liable for any damages caused during delivery beyond the curbside.

6. Installation

Installation services are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Improper installation voids any warranty (if applicable).

7. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the appliance.

8. Ownership and Title
Ownership of the appliance transfers to the Buyer upon full payment.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Ohio/United States].
